Challenge Projects was established in response to the many sound ideas, funded business cases and good intentions that get frustrated for reasons including;

  • Challenges in galvanising action and launching the Business Case off the Board Room table

Mark Fogerty is a supply chain and commercial professional with 20 years’ experience in operations, consulting, optimisation and delivering change and transformation. Mark’s experience includes;


  • Core consulting skills, project and programme delivery skills in Big 4 and Venture Capitalist environments
  • Solutions and planning; global network design, inventory, cost to serve and cost modelling
  • Design, control and delivery of complex major transformational change in Private Equity owned wholesale, LOCOG, defence and chemicals
  • Supply chain improvement initiative programmes, team management, stakeholder engagement, budgets and project tracking.
  • Logistics operations, 3PL solutions development, procurement and manufacturing
  • Prince2 Practitioner, experienced in 6Sigma and MSP

Over 30 years of operations and senior management experience with a track record of delivering significant change and benefits in a wide variety of domestic and international operations across multiple sectors and sizes of business.
